The Good, The Bad, The Indie is a non-competition event that showcases local talent and provides a yearly networking event for the El Paso /New Mexico / Juarez area film community. The selection of short films is representative of the diversity of the local film community, with documentaries, narratives, experimental, and animation.

Pecha Kucha Night gathers creative individuals to share their work and ideas in a casual environment of chilling-out, getting together and exchanging thoughts. Pecha Kucha welcomes creative minds from the fields of Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Fashion Design, Animation and Design in general. Pecha Kucha represents a new expression venue for people in the creative world.

The Texas Film Round-Up will be making its first trip to El Paso as part of the August film festival, offering free digitization for anyone wanting to convert their old 8mm, 16mm, VHS (or other media) home movies.
